What is PRP-PRF
PRP and PRF are treatments that use your body’s natural and powerful healing proteins and concentrated growth factors to help with health and skin issues while also regenerating the treatment area. Both treatments contain healing and regenerative growth factors, but your practitioner will decide which treatment is better for you depending on your desired outcome and the issues you want resolved.
PRP-PRF is an advanced regenerative treatment that is highly effective for erectile dysfunction, non-surgical sexual rejuvenation, sports injuries, and a wide range of orthopaedic conditions. It promotes the repair and regeneration of muscles, cartilage, and other tissues while helping to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, scars, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), and rosacea. With applications in both medical and aesthetic medicine, PRP-PRF offers a natural approach to healing and rejuvenation.

Enhance Your Sexual Senses
The O-SHOT

What is it and how does it work?
The O-SHOT is a non surgical regenerative treatment designed to support intimate wellness and vaginal rejuvenation. Using your body's own growth factors, it may help improve sensitivity, natural lubrication, and sexual responsiveness.
Many patients report enhanced arousal and overall intimate comfort following treatment. Results vary, and a consultation is required to determine suitability.
subtly enhance your breasts
Breast Sensitivity & Firmness

What is it and what can you expect?
What is the Vampire Breast Lift, and what can you expect?
The Vampire Breast Lift is a non-surgical regenerative treatment that uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood to improve the appearance of the breasts.
PRP is carefully prepared and strategically injected into targeted areas of the breast tissue and skin to stimulate collagen production, support tissue regeneration, and improve skin quality. This may help enhance firmness, texture, and overall skin tone, contributing to a more lifted and youthful appearance without the need for surgery or implants.
The Vampire Breast Lift is not a surgical breast lift and does not physically lift breast tissue in the same way as an operation; instead, it aims to improve skin quality and subtle contour through regenerative effects.
Results are typically subtle and natural-looking, with minimal downtime. A consultation is required to assess suitability and discuss individual expectations and likely outcomes.
Incontinence

What is it and what can you expect?
Can the O-SHOT Help Support Urinary Incontinence?
The O-SHOT uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from the patient’s own blood and is intended to support tissue regeneration in the vaginal and periurethral areas. Some women report improvement in mild stress urinary incontinence and bladder leakage following treatment.
Rejuvenate your skin
PRP-iPRF For Your Face

What is it and what can you expect?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and i-PRF (Injectable Platelet-Rich Fibrin) are advanced regenerative facial treatments that use your body's own growth factors to improve skin quality, texture, and overall vitality.
A small sample of your blood is carefully processed to concentrate platelets and regenerative cells, which are then applied or injected into targeted areas of the face. PRP provides a concentrated boost of growth factors, while i-PRF offers a slow, more sustained release to support longer-lasting collagen stimulation and tissue regeneration.
These treatments are designed to enhance the skin naturally, improving firmness, tone, and radiance with minimal downtime. A consultation is required to determine the most suitable approach for your skin concerns.
Restore, Regrow & Maintain Your Hair
PRP-iPRF For Your Hair

What is it and what can you expect?
I-PRF scalp treatment is a nonsurgical procedure that assists in the process of hair regrowth.
I-PRF can stop or slow the progression of hair loss (prevents balding)
I-PRF stimulates new hair growth and it also increases the thickness of the hair follicle itself.
Nutrition PRP/IV/IM

We combine the regenerative power of Platelet-Rich Plasma with targeted intravenous nutrition to maximise your body's healing potential in a single session. PRP harnesses your own blood's growth factors—PDGF, VEGF, IGF-1 and TGF-β—to stimulate tissue repair, reduce inflammation and promote cellular renewal at the injection site. When delivered alongside a bespoke IV nutrient infusion, these growth factors create an optimally receptive cellular environment: upregulated nutrient transporters, enhanced mitochondrial function and improved microcirculation ensure that every vitamin, mineral and amino acid is absorbed and utilised with maximum efficiency. Whether you are recovering from injury, optimising athletic performance or pursuing aesthetic rejuvenation, this dual approach accelerates tissue regeneration, reduces downtime and delivers superior clinical outcomes. Our practitioner-led protocols are tailored to your individual biochemistry and treatment goals, ensuring safe, evidence-based care. Aftercare
Adhering to these aftercare instructions can help ensure a smooth recovery and minimise the risk of complications. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Following these aftercare instructions will support healing and maximise results:
REST AND ACTIVITY MODIFICATION
O-SHOT & PRP Incontinence: Avoid sexual activity, including intercourse, for at least 48 hours to allow the PRP to settle. Gradually resume normal activities after this period, but avoid strenuous exercise or pressure on the treated area for 3 to 5 days. Gentle sexual activity may resume after 48 hours; full engagement typically after one week, or as advised by your practitioner.
PRP Breast Lift: Avoid strenuous upper body exercise, heavy lifting, or chest pressure for 5 to 7 days. Sleep on your back or side (not stomach) for the first week. Wear a supportive, non-underwire bra as recommended.
PRP Nipple Sensitivity: Avoid direct stimulation, friction from tight clothing, or pressure on the nipples for at least 48 hours. Refrain from breastfeeding (if applicable) for 24 to 48 hours, or as directed by your practitioner.
ICE APPLICATION
Apply an ice pack to the treated area for 10 to 15 minutes every 2 to 3 hours during the first 24 to 48 hours to manage discomfort and reduce swelling. Always place a cloth between the ice pack and your skin. For PRP Breast Lift & Nipple Sensitivity, use ice gently around the areola and breast tissue, avoiding direct pressure on the nipple itself.
PAIN AND SWELLING MANAGEMENT
Some tenderness, bruising, or mild discomfort at the injection sites is common and expected, typically lasting one to three days. Take acetaminophen (paracetamol) for mild pain if needed. Avoid NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin) for at least one week, as they interfere with PRP's healing properties.
Mild swelling should subside within 2 to 3 days. PRP Breast Lift: Mild swelling and firmness may persist for 3 to 7 days as collagen remodelling begins. If swelling becomes excessive, is accompanied by significant pain, or persists beyond one week, contact your practitioner immediately.
AVOID HEAT AND MASSAGE
Avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, and heat packs for 48 to 72 hours after injection, as heat can increase blood flow and exacerbate inflammation. Refrain from massaging, squeezing, or manipulating the treated area for at least one week, as this may disrupt the healing process and affect growth factor distribution.
PRP Breast Lift: Do not massage the breasts unless specifically instructed. Avoid underwire bras that may compress the tissue.
ENHANCEMENT PROTOCOL
Your practitioner may recommend specific exercises or supplements to enhance results:
O-SHOT & PRP Incontinence: Kegel exercises may be recommended beginning 48 hours post-treatment. Perform as directed — typically 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions daily — to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.
PRP Breast Lift: Topical serums or collagen-supporting supplements may be recommended to enhance tissue remodelling.
PRP Nipple Sensitivity: Gentle moisturisation with a practitioner-approved product may be recommended after 48 hours.
General: L-arginine, citrulline, or specific vitamins may be recommended to support vascular health. Only take supplements as directed by your practitioner.
LIFESTYLE AND HYDRATION
Drink plenty of water to support cellular regeneration and optimal healing. Avoid alcohol for at least 48 hours post-injection, as it can interfere with healing and increase bruising. Smoking impairs blood flow and compromises results — avoid it for at least one week. Ideally, use this as an opportunity to quit. Maintain a nutrient-rich diet to support tissue repair and collagen production.
