Our Story
Lisber Baldwin Ltd was founded in 2016 by Lisber Baldwin, following several years of professional experience working in the UK since 2010.

Raised in Brazil, Lisber grew up immersed in the beauty industry, inspired by her aunt who owned a salon. From an early age, she developed a deep understanding of beauty treatments, client care, and the importance of creating a welcoming salon environment.
​
Alongside her passion for beauty, Lisber studied tourism and languages at university and has travelled to over 45 countries. This global exposure has shaped her ability to connect with people from all walks of life, allowing her to understand and respect different cultures, backgrounds, and individual needs.

Lisber’s strong people skills were further developed through her work as a Phlebotomist across multiple GP surgeries, as well as her experience supporting rehabilitation services within the NHS. These roles strengthened her professionalism, precision, and commitment to client safety and wellbeing.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Lisber takes great pride in her sense of community and the genuine relationships she builds with her clients. Since settling in the UK, this commitment has only deepened and is reflected in the care, attention, and consistency she brings to every treatment.
